Improving the management of CKD in Primary Care

Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) data from 2008/2009 suggested that there was a 2% gap between the recorded local prevalence and estimated national average prevalence of CKD, which equated to around 41,000 undetected cases of CKD within Greater Manchester.
