We are currently recruiting to a number of roles, based both at Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust and The University of Manchester.
Following on from the news in August 2013 that we secured £10 million in funding from the Department of Health for a further five years, we are building on many of our past programmes of work in developing our three new themes of work: patient-centred care, primary care and community services.
CLAHRC Greater Manchester is part of the National Institute for Health Research and is a partnership between providers and commissioners from the NHS, industry, the third sector and the University of Manchester. We aim to improve the health of people in Greater Manchester and beyond through carrying out research and putting it into practice. CLAHRC GM is one of 13 CLAHRC programmes in England, with £120 million invested in the programme nationally by the NIHR.
