We are looking for either a Research Associate or a Research Fellow to work on the evaluation of projects with partner organisations across the CLAHRC, generating new knowledge and identifying opportunities for further research. The post is for two years in the first instance, on a full-time basis (salary: £30,434 to £37,394 per annum or £38,511 to £47,328 per annum).
We are interested in people with research experience in areas relevant to evaluation such as evaluation methods, network analysis and mixed-method/multi-disciplinary research. We are also particularly interested in people who may have experience of and an interest in implementation science.
You will work under the supervision of Professor Ruth McDonald at Manchester Business School and will be based in the Organisations and Society group in the People, Management and Organisations division. The post offers opportunities to work with staff in both the Faculty of Humanities more widely and within the Faculty of Medical and Human Sciences, particularly with the School of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Work, and the Centre for Primary Care, Institute of Population Health. Whilst you will be based at the University of Manchester, you may also work from our offices at Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust, and across Greater Manchester as appropriate.
