We’re looking for a Research Fellow to help us examine health and social care devolution

Join us as a Research Fellow working on our joint project with The Health Foundation, examining the changes that will come about as a result of the health and social care devolution agreement for Greater Manchester. You will be based in Manchester Business School, working under the supervision of Professor Ruth McDonald. This is a fixed term contract (until 30/09/2017) and the salary is £38,511 – £47,328 per annum.

The project involves a number of researchers at the University of Manchester and beyond. Your core duties will involve undertaking ethnographic research at Greater Manchester sites, drafting research reports and journal papers, presenting findings, coordinating team meetings, networking with policy and practitioner communities and general project administration. Data collection is predominantly qualitative in nature and experience of ethnographic research is essential.
