CLAHRC – Evidence Informed Implementation: A practical introduction for clinicians, practitioners and managers.

Do you want to:

  • use evidence to inform the way that you work and implement change?

  • understand more about tools and techniques that can be used to design interventions intended to bring about change?

This one-day interactive workshop will help you to design, deliver and evaluate your implementation projects, specifically focusing on evidence based frameworks and methods for effective implementation.

The workshop will focus on defining implementation and implementation research, theoretical frameworks for implementation, planning implementation, engaging and influencing stakeholders and evaluation.

Who is this workshop suitable for?

Staff from NHS trusts, local authorities and clinical commissioning groups who need to implement and evaluate local programmes or services. The course is not aimed at academics or researchers.

What preparation is needed?

Previous knowledge of implementation or evaluation is not required. Participants should attend the workshop with a project in mind and will receive a certificate of completion if they attend the full day of 8 CPD hours.
