As part of the structure of the NIHR CLAHRC Greater Manchester, a number of enabling networks have been established to coordinate activity across our work and to support the achievement of our objectives (particularly those related to showing the difference that we make and developing people and organisations).
These enabling networks are: capacity development, cross-programme research and stakeholder engagement. Each of the networks has one or more academic coordinators and are managed by Joanne Thomas, Engagement and Networks Manager.
The cross-programme research programme supports ongoing learning and includes a range of activities: learning from evaluations to inform future work, project-specific evaluations, cross-programme and project comparisons and learning and sharing events.
- Experiences of recently qualified nurses
- Longitudinal study of leadership
- Compromise in co-production of applied health research
